About the Role

Reporting to the Regional General Manager you will be responsible for SAP Production Planning (PP-PI), schedule manufacturing planning processes to achieve effective utilisation of time and resources including machines, moulds, labour, whilst maintaining a high level of customer service contributing to the overall success of Holcims highly automated, brand new flagship operation in Ipswich.

About you

To be successful in your application you will need:

Tertiary qualification in Manufacturing, Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering would be beneficial however not mandatory.

Able to demonstrate and promote a positive safety culture.

Strong character with the ability to lead.

Proven production scheduling experience, capacity loading, stock transport and order processing.

Analytical skills with strong attention to detail.

Able to build strong internal and external relationships.

Excellent communicator with the ability to bridge the gap between the field and operations.
