About the role

The Project Engineer is a key position in our team, integral to an upcoming major project in our Tamworth site

    • Create & execute project work plans & revise as appropriate to meet changing needs & requirements.
    • Ensures project documents are compete, current & stored appropriately.
    • Determines appropriate revenue recognition, ensures timely and accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for project.
    • Follows up with clients, when necessary, regarding unpaid invoices.
    • Analyses project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilisation.
    • Accurately forecasts revenue, profitability, margins, bill rates and utilisation.
    • Assures project legal documents are completed and signed.
    • Keeps project team well informed of changes within the organisation and general corporate news.
    • Identifies opportunities for improvement and makes constructive suggestions for change.
    • Suggests areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions.

About you

The role requires a proven performer with contractual awareness, strong analytical & problem solving skills & a fundamental understanding of project scheduling & delivery.

    • Engineering Graduate (PM qualifications highly desirable)
    • Knowledge of precast concrete highly regarded
    • An interest in working on large infrastructure civil projects 
    • Analytical & customer focused
