About the role

Reporting to the Operations Manager at Humes Pooraka you will be responsible for helping the team achieve targets and goals.

Developing initiatives to achieve increased productivity and cost reductions, you will manage project timeframes and costs.

Involved in tenders and quotes, you will be key in ensuring designs meet customer need and have engineering integrity.

About you

You have gained 2-5 years post graduate experience in a production or manufacturing operation and would like to test your skills  and experience in a broader role.

Covering design, contracts, procurement, SHE and quality management tasks, you will need to build relationships and connections to achieve conflicting priorities. 

Further to this you will need:

  • Relevant qualifications in manufacturing or civil engineering discipline
  • Exposure to precast concrete or similar building products
  • Effective interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and report writing skills
