About the role:

Dealing with a wide range of people from labourers to project managers, this fast paced role manages:

  • Inbound phone & email enquiries
  • Outbound order confirmations
  • Fleet utilisation & cartage costs
  • End to end customer experience

Joining a brand new team, this role will allow you to get involved in building new processes and systems to ensure the highest level of service is met.

Position Requirements:

  • You must be able to work between the hours of 6am and 5pm Monday to Friday.  
  • Saturday morning work is also required, paid at overtime rates, typically one Saturday morning shift a month.
