Senior Project Manager(s) – Capital Works

Fixed Term Full Time - minimum 2 year contract

Band 7 - $93,023 - $104,084 (+ 9.5% super & RDO)

Hobsons Bay City Council is seeking energetic, collaborative and engaging project managers with the capacity to delivery projects across various disciplines, scope and size.

As a senior project manager within the Capital Works Department you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the delivery of assigned capital works projects from the planning to operational phases including complex, multiple and concurrent major, building, civil, foreshore, activity centres, streetscape improvements and open space projects in an effective and efficient manner to achieve the defined corporate objectives.

As the project champion you will lead and promote collaborative stakeholder engagement and communication to ensure positive project outcomes with a well-established understanding of community infrastructure operational requirements. Demonstrated experience and application of best practice, innovation and efficiencies within capital works program planning and delivery is preferred.
