Hitachi Construction Machinery Australia is part of a global brand providing a variety of machinery for the construction and mining industries.

HCA is seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team in Bunbury for a 12 month Parental Leave contract.

Reporting to the Branch Coordinator your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining all branch records and documents
  • Coordinating Capital Expenditure Authority
  • Coordinate travel requirements
  • Undertaking of QA internal audits
  • Ensuring Quality Assurance and company policies and procedures are followed and implemented
  • Invoicing and Timesheets
  • Opening, preparing and closing jobs
  • Scheduling & booking mine site inductions and Medicals
  • QA and WHS documentation
  • Assisting Branch Coordinator and general administration duties.
  • Answering phones and mail and assisting with general enquiries.

To be successful you will need:

  • Demonstrated similar experience in a branch and service orientated administration role
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated MS Office experience, including Word and Excel
  • A positive attitude and the ability to take initiative and work as part of a small team
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and level of accuracy
