Hitachi Construction Machinery Australia (HCA) currently have positions available for a suitably qualified High Voltage Electricians to join our WA teams. 

We have different variety of requirements throughout our WA workload and would love to have more experienced HV Electricians to add to our already fantastic teams!!!

Duties you will be doing involve providing diagnostic and electrical repairs on customer equipment across a number of mine sites within the region or based in our brand new workshops or Field Service!!!!. 

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for: 

  • Performing diagnostic evaluations on Electric Drive Hitachi Trucks
  • Providing maintenance services on Electric Drive Hitachi Trucks
  • Completion and submission of all relevant paperwork and reporting
  • Maintaining a good working relationship with customers, peers and other departments

To be successful in this role you will need: 

  • High Voltage Electrician trade qualifications
  • Current Drivers Licence
  • Extensive post trade experience preferably with either; Hitachi, G.E and or Siemens Electric Drive systems in off highway Haul Trucks
  • Good customer service skills and a positive attitude
  • Have a strong safety focus and abide by company and site safety processes
  • Be flexible with roster changes and work as a Team member
  • Current inductions to Rio Tinto or Roy Hill would be of benefit
