Our Contact Centre
Based in the Toowoomba CBD our National Contact Centre is a thriving sales culture, where our Member Service Officers identify and match Heritage Bank financial products and services, to meet our valued customer's needs.

The Position
The role of the Member Service Officer presents an excellent opportunity to start your sales and service career within the Financial Services industry.

Working in a phone based environment, you will be required to provide exceptional service to our valued customer base, and actively participate in sales campaigns resulting in the achievement of sales targets.

At every opportunity you will be required to instigate meaningful conversation surrounding our customer needs and identify the numerous products and services offered by Heritage that best suit the customers financial goals.

Products you will work with include insurance, personal lending, mortgage loans, financial planning and wealth protection (life insurance). You will have individual sales targets and KPI's that you will be required to achieve to be successful in this role.

You will be provided with full training to ensure you are competent and compliant in all aspects of product knowledge and financial services operations.

To be successful in this role, a proven sales record within a customer service environment is highly regarded.

Operating Hours
We offer flexibility within a full time roster between the hours of 7.30am - 7.00pm Monday to Saturday.
