We are transforming the way customers use devices by shifting to a consumption model with lifecycle services called Device as a Service ( DaaS) . We collaborate with partners to reach out to key customers who want to shift from a Capex to Opex model.

To continue this transformation we now need a Daas Sales Specialist who can kick start, build and drive this business, within Australia.

If you are successful in gaining this role, you will have the opportunity to:-

  • Build and scale the HP Channel DaaS program and HP DaaS program
  • Ensure Certification of Specialist DaaS Partners and build and scale Channel DaaS programmatically
  • Build joint business plans in collaboration with the HP Partner Business Manager   and DaaS funnel with the partners.
  • Train the partners on Solution Selling, usage of DaaS tools and Asset Management Portal.
  • Develop and hand hold the Configure-Price-Quote process and help the partners with per seat per month pricing.
  • Pitch DaaS concept to end customer CIO’s/IT department and be known as the ‘expert’ in relation to this within HP
  • Scope out and build services in complex deals. Work closely with solution architect in complex deals
  • Create HP Subscription bundles , identify Partners and scale programmatically.
  • Build 3X funnel size against quarterly quota and exceed orders signed target every quarter
  • Coordinate locally with HPE Financial Services to get best lease rates for partners
  • Partner with Category and Customer Support and Services team to get best portfolio, solutions and deliverables for large deals
  • Refine SOAR approval process for local delivery assurance and compliance
  • Launch & enhance new Services as part of DaaS portfolio 

To be successful in this role you will need:-

  • Graduate with 7-10 years sales experience in IT industry
  • At least 5 years experience  in solutions /contractual sales
  • At least 3 years experience in Partner Management
  • To have worked in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders
  • Be a good communicator and can make presentations to C-level execs and partners to sell value Propositions and solutions proposals
