Job description:
  • Core Program Management and Training Coordination
    • Managing the delivery of core L&D programs including the people manager development platform, emerging leader talent development program and study assistance program.
    • Providing coordination support for core L&D programs including the senior talent development program and Talent program. This might include logistical arrangements and course bookings.
    • Sourcing & coordinating externally-delivered training and development solutions for business and/or teams. Includes selection of provider, training design, management of participant invitations, room bookings, materials and catering requests.
    • L&D Promotion and Communication
      • Maintaining the L&D intranet site - providing content input and managing design changes and updates.
      • Driving communication and promotion of L&D activities across the business, leveraging a variety of internal communication channels
    • HRIS Development Module Management – Responsibility for operation of the Development module in SuccessFactors and maintaining training records for all GPT employed staff. Expectation that the incumbent will develop strong working knowledge of SuccessFactors, up to and including management of outstanding Development module issues and system upgrades.


    • Online LMS Management & Data Integrity – Responsibility for data input and the facilitation of modules within LMS. Ad hoc design guidance/support also to be provided to module SME’s for content updates. Expectation that the incumbent will develop strong working knowledge of LearnConnect, up to and including the management of outstanding issues, system upgrades and vendor management.


    • External Supplier and Partner Management - Build and maintain relationships with external suppliers and partners.


    • Management of L&D inbox and calendar – Responding to all L&D inbox enquiries and managing invitation attendees.


    • Budget – Raising Purchase Orders (POs) and managing the timely processing of supplier invoices in iBuy.


    • Ad hoc project ownership & contribution as required – for example GPT’s Induction Program.


    Experience and Qualifications


    • Tertiary qualifications in HR or Organisational Psychology preferred
    • Experience in L&D function
    • Experience in eLearning delivery or instruction design (desirable, but not required)
    • Experience with HRIS management (desirable, but not required)
    • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of programs including Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
