The Residential Property Management business are currently seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join the team in our St Kilda Rd office. Reporting to the Property Team Leader, the Senior Property Manager will be responsible for the day to day operations of their portfolio while driving growth targets and providing an exceptional service to our existing asset and leasing base.

As the successful applicant, this role will see your responsibilities include:

  • Communication amongst internal and external stakeholders
  • Lease management
  • Prepare monthly reporting
  • Arrears management
  • Prepare budgets and audits
  • Manage negotiations around rent reviews, lease reviews, and other tenant issues
  • Coordinate maintenance works
  • Asset and tenant management

As the ideal applicant you will possess:

  • Relevant experience in residential property management combined with a current Agents Representative qualification
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Intermediate to advance proficiency with the MS Office suite
  • Previous experience with Console Gateway software will be considered highly advantageous
  • Chinese language proficiency would be considered highly advantageous but not essential
