Job description:

Fernwood Liverpool is looking for a mature female receptionist/administration assistant to join our team as a casual employee. Must be flexible and be able to work between the hours of 7am and 8pm Monday to Friday as well as weekends.

Principle Activities:

  • Greeting members in a friendly and professional manner
  • Handling all member requests and enquires in an efficient and effective manner
  • Ensure all financial transactions and communications are completed accurately and thoroughly
  • Support sales staff in conducting tours and with membership sales
  • Member retention calls to new and existing members

Position requirements

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work and communicate with a wide range of people
  • Exceptional computer literacy - Including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure resolving issues promptly and effectively
  • Must have experience working in a busy environment
  • Experience in sales preferable but not necessary
