A lot about you:

In this role you will service your client group, building strategic relationships with key stakeholders and driving both print and online business. You will be solution focused with a tenacious nature and a passion for real estate! You will be an advocate for the CRE brand, representing them with the utmost professionalism, energy and enthusiasm. 

Your day to day will look something like this:

  • Securing online & print media sales revenue
  • Initiating and developing new business opportunities
  • Implementing the Commercial Real Estate sales strategy
  • Continually maintaining relationships with clients, renewing annual contracts, up selling to meet clients needs
  • Resolving any operational or account issues.
  • Continually providing feedback on market conditions such as competitive activities (sales tactics and marketing bodies), potential barriers and potential opportunities.
  • Acting as an industry expert within the Commercial Real Estate space.
  • Reporting on business related selling and marketing activities

 We would love you to have:

  • A minimum of 3 years proven online and/or real estate sales experience
  • Knowledge and experience in the media industry
  • Proven and demonstrable sales and account management ability
  • Proven commitment to quality of work and client service
  • Intermediate computer and literacy skills 
  • Demonstrated strategic marketing ability
  • Excellent organisational, time management and communication skills
  • A self driven and motivated nature to achieve personal and professional objectives 
  • The ability to work autonomously
