We are seeking an innovative, energetic and professional Coordinator to lead our Customer Service Team.
The successful applicant will have senior leadership skills and be will able to introduce process improvements, build staff engagement, and support the development of high performing teams.

The successful applicant will possess:
• Proven experience leading an energetic, frontline customer service team
• Proven experience leading the introduction of digital engagement in a customer service environment
