An opportunity has emerged for an enthusiastic, client-focused and experienced Business Development Manager to join our Business Development team, based in either our Sydney or Melbourne office.

This position reports to the National Head of Business Development and Marketing and is responsible for providing ongoing business development services to a portfolio of practice groups and sectors, as well as account management services to a selection of the firm's priority clients.

The successful candidate will enjoy a dynamic and varied role and be responsible for business development planning, research and analysis, campaign development and implementation, preparing capability statements and assisting with the project management of pitches/tenders. The key objectives of this role include identifying client opportunities, developing and implementing client and sector strategy plans, and assisting Partners with client relationship management, client acquisition and profile raising.

You will ideally have a degree in Marketing and will pride yourself on your written and verbal communication skills, client focus, meticulous attention to detail and ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships (internally and externally), whilst consistently exceeding expectations.
