Your Role

Based in travel agency aligned teams (Flight Centre Travel Group or Industry Sales), we are on the hunt for fun, results driven, self-starting BDM’s.

Roles available:

  • Senior BDM – Flight Centre Travel Group – Victoria
  • BDM – Flight Centre Travel Group – Sydney East
  • BDM – Industry Sales (helloworld, Traveller’s Choice and Independents) – Victoria
  • BDM – Industry Sales (helloworld, Traveller’s Choice and Independents) – NSW Central Coast/Newcastle

As a BDM, your exceptional relationship skills will build and strengthen relationships within this network, and your strong commercial acumen will assist you in developing sales strategies that optimises profitability in your portfolio. Being autonomous, target driven and with experience in the Australian travel industry, you will utilise established relationships to deliver revenue growth and achieve results.

Your natural curiosity for sales excellence will be satisfied through a supportive team culture and you will have the ability to bring innovative ideas and perspective to grow your portfolio.

You will be responsible for:

  • Develop relationships within your distribution channel
  • Develop sales strategies for profitability and sustainability
  • Exceed budgeted sales results
  • Ongoing training and support for travel agents to improve their ability to sell Cover-More products

What Can You Do?

Driven to succeed in an autonomous sales environment, you will know how to position a brand and create a powerful message across a wide range of travel agency groups.

You will have/be:

  • A track record in generating new business and managing key accounts
  • Experience in travel preferred
  • Sales focused, results driven and customer centric within a B2B environment
  • Strong capability to influence, negotiate and recognise opportunities
  • Exceptional communication skills with confidence to present to large groups

Please note that this is an autonomous role and you must have a driver's licence.
