This management role is based in Melbourne - Broadmeadows whilst overseeing sites in Geelong and Lara. The position will be responsible for overseeing a significant Business and Industry Account with multiple retail outlets representing an outstanding career opportunity for the right candidate to meet commercial, compliance and market sector demands within this prestigious sector. This role reports to the Eurest Operations Manager.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Create an inclusive, imaginative, inspiring environment where everyone works together to enhance the customer experience making sure service levels never dip below excellent
  • Get the best out of every team member by listening, coaching, supporting and developing them
  • Stay up to date with our products and make sure your team have the support, tools and information they need to maintain their own knowledge
  • Use effective retail strategies to maximize sales and increase profit
  • Ensure safe food handling and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
  • Ensure everyone has a considerate safety focus and looks out for each other and our customers

The Person

  • Will have the retail management experience in food services necessary to run multiple outlets in several locations
  • Will be commercially savvy and knows how to identify and deliver on growth opportunities
  • Will be a positive, supportive, ambitious leader with experience in carrying out personal development plans, staff training sessions and appraisals
  • Will know how to create a real buzz around sales to get your team charging through their targets
  • Will know all about the operational nuts and bolts that hold a store together
  • Develops effective relationships with individuals at all levels, from diverse backgrounds, cultures and locations
  • Is passionate about delivering the highest levels of customer satisfaction and engagement
  • Will have great attention to detail with an excellent ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • Is self-motivated and an excellent communicator
