The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

In this role you'll utilise your excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and your ability to prioritise and balance multiple tasks. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Provide extraordinary administrative support to the store
  • Ensure efficient processes are followed and align with policy and legislation
  • Assist with payroll, award interpretation and general cash office duties
  • Recognise, reward and celebrate successes
  • Always look to simplify process to meet audit and compliance standards
  • Delight our customers with an incredible shopping experience
  • Maintain extraordinary standards and provide first class customer service
