About the role:

As Kitchen Manager you will be responsible for motivating and leading a team of likeminded individuals to create and deliver The Coffee Club meal experience through perfect execution and care. You will also be responsible for:

  • Leading and motivating a diverse BOH team;
  • Supervising the BOH staff to ensure superior product standards;
  • Effecting shift planning and management;
  • Managing daily kitchen operations and preparation;
  • Recruiting, inducting and training BOH team members;
  • Management and maintenance of all OHS requirements.

About you:

You will be a positive, proactive individual with excellent communication skills.

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a similar leadership role;
  • Food is your passion… and passion is in your food!
  • You motivate and inspire through your outstanding leadership skills;
  • Cert III in Commercial Cookery will be highly regarded;
  • Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.
