This role will see you analyse and map business processes and customer experience pathways to support the design of customer centric solutions for our Global Services Business.

Through true partnership with a variety of internal stakeholders this is your opportunity to lead and contribute to key projects that ensure simple and connected pathways for our customers throughout their hearing journey.

 To be successful you will have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field required
  • A proven track record in business analytics and relationship and change management
  • The ability to influence in a highly technical R&D environment
  • Excellent business process  management skills (eg lean/sigma)
  • The ability to organise, analyse and communicate information and ideas logically, formulate appropriate solutions to problems and issues, and to suit the needs of different target audience groups.
