  • Catholic Healthcare Community Services (CCS) is a division of Catholic Healthcare Ltd, one of the largest providers of aged and community services in Australia. CCS assists over 4,500 people throughout NSW maintain their independence and well being within a person centred framework.

    We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Manager who is able to work autonomously, responsible for managing their workload on a day-to-day basis and delivering on agreed KPIs.

    The Business Manager will ensure a standard of client care and services that align with principals of client choice, and that reflects the requirements of the program contracts with government, meets specific requirements of the business such as activity targets, reporting and quality standards, management of workforce.

    Your strong sales and networking skills will be used to build strong relationships with relevant community stakeholders and CCS consumers both current and prospective.

    To be considered for this position you must possess the following criteria:

    • Degree qualified in Nursing, Social Work, Allied Health or related field and current registration with APHRA or relevant body
    • Previous experience in Case Management, Health, Behavioural or Social Science, Social Work, Aged or Community Services
    • Effectively lead a team and ensure that workforce is planned to achieve targets.
    • Understands clinical governance
    • Excellent planning, organizing and problem solving skills
    • Experience working in a results driven environment
    • Experience meeting targets and KPI's along with capacity for managing and reporting on budgets
    • Stakeholder engagement and relationship management experience
    • Staff Management experience
    • A high degree of computer competency

    Highly desirable

    • Demonstrated ability to facilitate and drive change
