The Role

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and effective leader to join our business as the Regional Manager Logistics - Australia

Reporting to the Logistics Director, you will be responsible for the leadership and execution of the Logistics operations across Australia. This includes management of the overall transport and warehousing of finished goods for CUB, ensuring safety, cost and compliance targets are delivered against contracted and budgeted expectations. Additionally you will play a key role in optimising logistics operations within Australia in aligning with global practices.

Key deliverables ensuring your success will be your input into the development of strategic plans for the logistics function with a focus on optimisation and innovation. You will lead the execution of transformational projects looking at driving efficiencies, improving service levels and financial performance while also focussing on the leadership and development of your team across Australia.

  • Experience leading logistics/transport operations within a large, diverse organisation
  • Experience managing 3rd Party Logistics contracts & operations
  • Proven commercial acumen with experience in managing P&L and understanding of whole business impact
  • Demonstrated change management experience
  • Project management experience across continuous improvement and optimisation
  • Excellent communication skills and a demonstrated ability to effectively build relationships at all levels
  • Strengths in influencing a broad and diverse range of stakeholder groups
  • Strong organisational and problem solving skills
  • Comfort working with ambiguity
