8 full-time positions

38 hours per week

The Role

Cabrini is seeking Domestic Services Team Leaders at its Malvern site to lead and contribute to a small domestic services team by providing and maintaining a clean, sanitary, safe and attractive facility.  The role will oversee a small team and contribute to the provision of high quality cleaning services for our Patients, Visitors and Staff in line with the organisational strategic plan.

Essential Criteria

  • Current police check record
  • A valid Working with Children’s Permit

Requirements for the role

As the ideal candidate, you will have proven experience within the healthcare environment or equivalent leading a small team. You will also possess:

  • Exceptional customer service experience
  • Demonstrate a great work ethic and attention to detail
  • Self motivated
  • Reliability and flexibility
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Well developed communication skills including proficiency in written and spoken English and effective interpersonal skills
  • Experience in a cleaning or domestic service environment will be highly regarded, including knowledge of infection control principles in an acute care setting

The successful applicant must be flexible with shift availability as this position includes rotating morning/evening and weekend shifts.  Applicants may need to undergo a short online video interview as part of the shortlisting process.
