The result of this has created a number of exciting new roles within our property team.

We are currently on the search for an experienced and energetic Fit out Coordinator who will assist in the management of refurbishments and upgrades to Bupa Leasehold properties design reviews, preparing scope of works and managing RFQ process for building contractors to carry out the works.

Reporting to the Fitout Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiply projects as directed, you will be responsible for the overall delivery of the projects and the liaison between our key stakeholders across the different business units.

The ability to work in a dynamic team and also independently is essential, travelling across our multiply sites located in Australia will be part of this role to ensure the projects are on track and ready for handover.

Key elements of the role include:

  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure all fit-out designs meet the functional requirements of Bupa brand guidelines.
  • Ensure all designs take in to account the very latest employee WH&S considerations
  • Liaise with lessors and statutory authorities to gain appropriate approvals prior to works starting
  • Initiate tender processes to secure cost effective and timely construction outcomes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders through tender, procurement and build period, respond to queries and provide escalation point for any issues

 The successful candidate will have:

  • Project Management experience on fit out projects
  • Defect and maintenance management experience
  • Excellent client liaison ability and strong networks
  • Strong problem solving, time management and communication skills
  • Expert level experience of successful negotiations, with evidence of having applied innovative thinking, persuasive and negotiating skills and high level strategic planning
  • A passion for their team, working together to deliver extraordinary results within the Bupa Values framework
