About the role

This is an exciting time to join Bupa as we launch new and innovative customer and people experiences within our retail network. This role will put you front and centre in a new way of customer thinking. You'll be working in a brand new store environment designed to help you enhance the customer experience.

There are 2 permanent part time roles available - working 20 and 25 hours per week.

Role 1 - 20hrs per week - Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri and Saturday - 10.30am - 14.30pm.

Role 2 - 25hrs per week - Mon 10.10am-16:00pm, (Tues, Wed, Thur, Fri 11am - 15:00pm) and Sat 9am - 17:00pm.

About you

You've got solid experience in a customer-facing role. You understand that in order to be successful, you must display a sincere 'how can I help you' attitude to build trust quickly, listen deeply and deliver a tailored solution for each customer. You:

  • display high levels of empathy and care with customers and colleagues
  • proactively identify total customer needs
  • have excellent communication skills
  • have the ability to network and develop strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • can explain complex products and information in a user-friendly manner
  • know how to achieve the right balance between customer needs and finding the best solution
  • have the ability to adapt your approach and come up with new ways of solving in-the-moment challenges
  • have a curious and open-mind to new technology
  • have a thirst for continued learning and development.
