Position: Digital Innovation Team Leader (Smart Cities)
Location: Bundaberg
Employment Type: Temporary Full Time
Level:
7
Remuneration:
• $88,126 per annum
• Up to 12% Superannuation (Local Government Conditions apply to superannuation)
• 3 weekly Rostered days off

Industrial Instruments: Bundaberg Regional Council Certified Agreement 2011; Queensland Local Government Officers Award 1998

The Position:
Effectively plan, coordinate and direct emerging Smart Technology projects associated with the Smart Cities portfolio to deliver successful and sustainable outcomes that deliver tangible Council and Community benefits.

Selection Criteria:
1. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in selecting and working with Smart Technologies within the Smart Cities portfolio (Smart Parking, Smart Lighting, Smart Billboards CCTV, public WiFi etc).
2. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the effective management of project teams consisting of technical and business staff.
3. Experience with managing tendering processes (RFI, RFQ, RFT etc).
4. Demonstrated knowledge and proven experience with managing vendor delivery against scope of works and managing specialist service providers in a commercial setting.
5. Experience in the creation of project business cases and options analysis.
6. Strong verbal, written and presentation communication skills, with an ability and willingness to articulate key findings and messages to all levels of an organisation.
