Job description:

The Partner Connection division, made up of the partner-centric businesses within the Bendigo and Adelaide Bank Group, contributes towards the vision by developing and executing strategies which will deliver our products and services to our customers.

Delivery and Risk form part of the Partner Connection division and is responsible for ensuring a culture of operational excellence, operationalising customer strategies, the management of the divisional risk functions and change initiatives ensuring alignment with the Bank’s partner and customer strategies

The Role

The role is a 12 month contract and sits within our Partner Connection Division, the responsibilities will predominately fall within our Bendigo Financial Planning business. The Quality Assurance Analyst role is accountable for the quality control, monitoring and reporting of internal processes and policies. The key deliverables of the role include building a robust quality assurance process (in collaboration with stakeholders), implementing the process, conducting the quality assurance and reporting/providing feedback to key stakeholders.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

As the ideal candidate, you will have:

  • Sound administrative skills, accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively (both written and verbally)
  • True commitment to quality customer service and operational excellence and can identify areas of business improvement
  • Highly motivated with proactive attitude
  • Well-developed reporting, writing and presentation skills via Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage stakeholder expectations and establish strong working relationships
  • Innovative and focused on continuous improvement
  • Banking and/or finance industry experience within operations or operational risk areas (desirable)
  • Understanding of Wealth products, key risks and business drivers (desirable)
  • Understanding of Financial Planning software/systems such as Xplan, Commpay and Midwinter (desirable)
