About the Role and Team

Ingham & Cardwell are two nearby towns located in North Queensland the doorstep to Hinchinbrook Island and close to Townsville.

As Branch Manager, you will be the leader of two important local business, demonstrating a pro-active approach to sourcing business and developing their team. A key focus is to deliver tailored financial solutions for our customers and establish sustainable relationships. As a Branch Manager we offer financial expertise in a range of lending products and services in consumer lending, insurance and wealth management. You'll be responsible for leading and coaching a motivated team in delivering exceptional service, sales results and meeting the needs of both new and existing customers.

About You

We are seeking candidates with established and proven leadership, lending and relationship management experience including:

  • Strong financial acumen including Residential Lending
  • Highly developed relationship building skills; proactively developing valued internal and external networks and community partnerships
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor and develop highly effective teams fostering a culture of innovation, performance and resilience
  • Demonstrable experience in developing and executing strategies to maintain and build business growth in competitive markets and environments
  • Experience with business reporting and board management will be advantageous
