About the role and team

The Robe & Districts Community Bank® team are recognised as one of the top performing branches and are situated in great central location. The team are dynamic and very experienced, focussed on working collaboratively to achieve our targets and goals. The new team member will be coached, fostered and developed by the team. This is an ideal opportunity to start your career in Banking. We are open to candidates who have great customer service skills and are focussed on being actively involved in the community.

The role of Customer Service Officer is an exciting and rewarding position within our Robe & Districts Community Bank® Branch, which requires you to actively listen to our customers and provide them with relevant solutions to their banking and wealth needs.

This is a 14 month fixed term contract - part-time - 38 hours per fortnight.

About You

A successful Customer Service Officer will bring:

  • Demonstrated sales experience with KPI's in a target focussed environment
  • An ability to confidently talk to customers face to face or over the telephone
  • Thrive on and foster achieving positive results and outcomes
  • Be a values driven and career orientated person
  • Be team player in a dynamic branch team environment
  • Extensive experience in a customer service environment
  • Have a willingness to be actively involved in local community engagement activities that make a difference
  • Experience in banking and finance industry and consumer lending will be advantageous
