About the team and role

Horsham is a regional city in the Wimmera region of Western Victoria, located approximately 300km from Melbourne.

Our Customer Service Officers lead the way with our unique philosophy. They listen to customers and find solutions to help them achieve their financial goals. As a team they are focused on working collaboratively to achieve goals. They are responsible for providing effective & efficient service to branch customers in a dynamic, diverse environment.

This is a permanent, part time position, approximately 27.5 per fortnight. Saturday mornings are required on a rotating roster basis, and additional hours may be required on occasion.

Position Grade: 3

About you

A successful Customer Service Officer will bring:

  • Extensive experience in a customer service environment
  • Ability to have sales conversations to identify relevant product and services
  • A strong desire to find solutions that meet customer needs
  • An ability to confidently talk to customers face to face or over the telephone
  • Be a values driven and career orientated person
  • Have a willingness to be actively involved in local community engagement activities that make a difference
  • Be team player in a dynamic branch team environment
  • Have an eagerness to understand and share with others what makes our bank different
  • Experience in banking and finance industry is a plus but certainly not essential.
