About the role

Our Nathalia Community Bank® Branch has an exciting opportunity for someone looking for a career in banking.

As a Customer Service Officer you will actively listen to our customers and provide them with relevant solutions to their banking and wealth needs. You will provide effective & efficient service to branch customers and be part of a team with a strong focus on working collaboratively to achieve goals.

This role is a traineeship, so we will work with you to achieve a Cert III or Cert IV in Financial Services (certificate level will be dependent upon your current skills and experience). This is undertaken as paid on-the-job training within work hours and you will receive mentoring from the Branch Manager.

This is a full time position available for 12 months. Saturday mornings are required on a rotating roster basis. A driver's license is essential as you will be required to help out at the Numurkah Community Bank® Branch at times. Salary will be in accordance with the traineeship wages in the Miscellaneous Award 2010.

  • Experience in banking and finance industry is not essential
