About the Role

Known internally as a Mobile Relationship Manager the role will be part of the Brown Plains Community Bank®. You will play an integral role in the long-term growth of through driving lending growth via new business development and you will deliver an exceptional customer experience through tailored lending solutions.

We recognise that effective Mobile Relationship Managers march to the beat of a different drum. Their office is anywhere their customers want it to be. Home, a Branch, a food court if that's their thing. They are fearless and drive business growth not through gimmickry but connecting to a customer's needs and devising practical lending solutions.

About You

You’ll be required to have an in depth knowledge of consumer and ideally SME markets to establish and implement strategies that achieve growth of your portfolio and a desire to meet business targets. Key to success in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:

  • Highly developed business development skills and established quality referrals and networks
  • Highly developed lending knowledge and credit analysis skills
  • A customer focussed approach
  • Ability to acquire a diverse customer base
  • An organised approach to managing volumes of work with initiative and attention to detail
