Community Manager & Content Specialist

We have so many great stories that need to be shared, and we’re looking for an experienced and passionate storyteller to help us do just that.

This role will be at the forefront of bringing our content strategy to life from both the national perspective through to the localised communities we serve.

Your day will be filled with creating compelling content and campaigns and providing support to stakeholders in the ways of social and online storytelling.

Content Creation & Management | Stakeholder Engagement | Campaign Management | Risk Management

We are seeking candidates who will bring the following skills:

  • A true social media enthusiast with a deep understanding of all social media channels
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in successfully managing social media pages
  • Passion for social media and video coupled with high awareness of online trends
  • Exceptional content creation experience with evidence of advanced skills across copywriting, image and video editing, creative concepts, audience engagement, online community building and usage of measures to understand content performance
  • Extensive experience with paid social content and campaigns
  • Expert knowledge utilising social measurement, scheduling and monitoring platforms such as Spredfast, Simply Measured, Radian6, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite highly regarded
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Strong understanding of the workings of online content as it relates to SEO optimisation
  • Proven experience working effectively autonomously and as part of a team
  • Experience with content management and marketing automation platforms desirable
  • Tertiary qualification in media, marketing, journalism, communication or related discipline will be highly regarded

Based in Adelaide or Docklands, and reporting to the Senior Manager Social Media and Online Community, you will join a small newly forming team who are accountable for driving traffic to and engaging audience through several of the Bank’s Online Connection platforms including web, social media and Communities where we service a combined audience of over 2.5million people per month.
