Administration Clerk (Retail Health)

It’s a great place to work and as we continue to expand our business, the way we support the stores to operate consistently ensuring operational excellence is essential. As part of our store support focus, we are introducing a new role to our National Support Office, Administration Clerk.

Successful applications to this role will be coached and developed to provide end to end process phone and written support to all the Bay Audio locations in relation to operational policy and procedures. The Operations Support Help Desk Officer’s will develop into Subject Matter Experts (SME) of our operations procedures and all associated store processes with special emphasis on general store administration as well as best practice in productivity and effectiveness of our specific store operational requirements.

More about the role:

  • Coaching and guide team members in the policies and procedures
  • Operational procedures, inventory management, operational effectiveness, accounts receivable processes & handling claims
  • Working with multiple stakeholders to drive operational efficiency
  • Be able to demonstrate sufficient initiative to work independently and to proactively address potential issues before they arise
    Accountable for driving improvement in key administrative KPIs within the businesses
