The role:

We are currently seeking experienced RPA developers to provide additional process automation capability within BOQ. Experience using Blue Prism is preferred, but knowledge and experience of other RPA and automation technology will be advantageous. This role will be responsible for the developing of new processes, driving automation best practice, setting up global objects for re-use across the organisation, etc. You will also be involved in designing BP/Automation process solutions and developing new BP/Automation processes with objects using workflow principles and support the Development Manager in the refinement of automation activities.

  • Creation and maintenance of solution documentation.
  • Active involvement in managing project and delivery constraints to provide suitable mitigation to both time, cost and quality for deployments.
  • Providing support and training to team and business stakeholders.

About you:

These are the skills and experiences we’re looking for but we’re generally open to amazing people with amazing skills:

  • Experience in a similar RPA role with experience in Blue Prism highly regarded
  • Solid experience using MS technology(VB,.NET, SQL, IE, Web Services, Windows) would be advantageous
  • An aptitude to contribute to the evolution of the automation lifecycle, methodologies and designs.
  • Exceptional problem solving skills with a creative mindset and willingness to learn
  • Process development and automation testing and deployment knowledge will be highly regarded.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail.
