The role of a Corporate Relationship Manager is to retain manage and grow an established portfolio of Corporate Healthcare clients. The client group in BOQ is defined as Corporate customers. This role achieves growth results and manages relationships with risk and staff.

Your new role:

  • We support a flexible workplace and have a collaborative team environment. You will be part of a professional team in Sydney and gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of clients and products.
  • Portfolio manage an established Corporate portfolio with lending >$10M per connection
  • Manage, develop and grow this portfolio utilising your own network and qualified internal leads
  • Work autonomously within a team of 9-10 Corporate Bankers (Sydney)
  • Assist the credit analyst in writing corporate deals you have introduced >$10M
  • Leadership – coaching and development of other team members
  • BOQ brand promotion

You are distinguished from your peers due to your well-developed commercial acumen, Corporate banking exposure and passion for exceeding customer expectations. You have solid relationship management experience and expertise in business development and networking due to your well-honed negotiation & influencing skills. Your sound knowledge of the commercial market and competitors' products, combined with your credit analysis skills and exposure to pricing delegation and management of portfolio margin performance are highly regarded.
