About the Role

We are currently seeking a Change Management Specialist to contribute to the overall change management strategy and framework for the global HR function. This dynamic individual will possess; strong experience in sustainable change management, strong facilitation and communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to build trust with key project members and stakeholders globally to ensure effective adoption, embedment and sustainment of change. 

Reporting to the End to End Change Manager, within the Functional Strategy and Planning team your duties will include:

  • Contribute to the development and embedment of a best practice change management framework necessary to implement, reinforce and sustain the change necessary for the success of the function.
  • Ensure change activities are integrated within global project plans and are aligned with the strategic objectives of the function.
  • Support and guide all relevant stakeholders through the change journey.
  • Form strong stakeholder networks and relationships to fully understand the change needs and impacts.
  • Prepare and support stakeholders in the implementation and adoption of the business solutions (process and technology changes).
  • Identify human and organisational risks as they relate to the change management journey.
  • Support the execution of ‘initial’ organisational assessments to determine the position of the business, and conduct ongoing reviews to facilitate alignment.
  • Understand the significance of the changes at a global scale (enterprise level) within the functional and asset areas to provide information and recommendations regarding expected global impacts.
  • Generate and maintain advocacy at various levels of the organisation and stakeholder buy-in for the implementation of projects.
  • Facilitate change management sessions with various stakeholders.
  • Support the impacted regions businesses where appropriate, to ensure that they can conduct the necessary local activities to minimise organisational risks.
  • Measure effectiveness of change management plans and make adjustments where necessary.
  • Coordinate and help facilitate the local Change Champions network to maintain momentum and successful embedment of change.

About You

As the successful candidate you will possess the following:

  • Tertiary qualifications in business, communications, marketing or similar
  • Significant Change Management experience
  • A creative thinker with experience in Graphic Design is preferable
  • Extensive experience in being part of a team that manages and leads change at a global scale
  • Sound Excel and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders by providing sufficient communications to encourage buy-in at all levels
  • Demonstrated experience in development of change impact assessments and mitigation strategies
  • Strong workshop facilitation and presentation skills
  • Experience in coordinating the set-up of change champion networks
  • Experience in facilitating stakeholder analysis and impact assessments sessions
  • Project Management experience (preferable)

Location

The role can be based in our Perth, Brisbane or Melbourne office depending on the successful candidate. Our modern, open plan offices offer state of the art facilities plus bicycle racks with ample lockers, showers, change rooms and other amenities.
