Property Facilities Coordinator NATIONAL SUPPORT OFFICE

We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated, administration professional to join our Property Management Team at Macquarie University. We would welcome an experienced property administrator or an administration professional eager to learn more about the functions of retail centres and commercial premises.

 

The Property Facilities Coordinator reports to the National Property Projects & Facilities Manager and you will be part of the Chief Financial Officer team, participating in all aspects of the property management.

 

You will be responsible for;

  • Be in regular contact with contractors and service providers involved in the provision of services to the property portfolio, as well as tenants (existing and prospective)
  • Assist with accounts payable, receivable and budgeting activities
  • Assist with tenders for works and service agreements
  • Liaise with onsite managers regarding maintenance works

 

Skills and Experience:

  • Administrative experience in a property team would be desirable but not essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work without supervision, and meet deadlines
  • Great multi-tasker and organiser
  • Passion for customer service
