We are looking for an experienced people leader to join our Hearing Centre in Mackay - the tropical climate paradise!

 

  • Highly autonomous position to drive business performance and developing strategies to enhance the client experience
  • Mentor and lead a highly motivated team of hearing specialists and administration staff
  • Permanent full time position, attractive salary plus 15.4% Superannuation

We are looking for an experienced and passionate leader to join our Hearing Centre in Mackay. Our Hearing Centre Manager will be responsible for:  

  • Manage the day to day operations of a the hearing centre to ensure your business meets all targets
  • Grow your business by developing and following through on a business growth and local marketing plan
  • Offer exceptional hearing service to your customers by growing and developing your team
  • Be an active and vibrant member of the North Queensland and Northern Territories Region leadership team
