Are you an experienced Communications Manager who wants to work for a world leading Hearing Services provider with a proud 70 year history? 


Australian Hearing has a career role for a Senior Communications Manager. The role is a key role to maintain and enhance Australian Hearing's reputation by raising awareness of hearing health, Australian Hearing's services and its postive impact on our clients and communities.


You will play a key role in developing our external  brand. You will be involved in enhancing our communications strategy, which will include messaging, recommendation of media channnels and oversee the development of content to deliver impactful campaigns that engage target audiences.


The Senior Communications Manager role is responsible for identifying best practice in communications, leveraging market research and evaluating the communications strategy against our key obejctives and budgets.


To be successful in this key role we require a true career professional with at least 8 years experience who meets the below requirements  


* An experienced Communications professional with experience in Public Relations or Senior Communication roles

* A knowledge and background of the health care industry or agency environment 

* Experience in managing a budget - with an emphasis on a communications portfolio 

* Leadership experience and an ability to influence and guide discussions relating to the external communications strategy

* Exceptional presenter in all forms.

* Experience in developing cut-through public relations and from a digital and social media campaigns.

* Brand and marketing experience, including managing website and social media.

* Proven ability to create and curate powerful content.

* A creative and bold approach while ensuring adherence to the overall brand and strategy 


You will be able to manage multiple competing priorities and have exceptional interpersonal skills with proven experience in buillding relationships with a full range of stakeholders.
