Working as part of the HR team, this role will see you providing operational and transactional HR support to line managers across multiple business portfolio's and locations across Victoria and Tasmania. Working closely with the key stakeholders you will provide a full range of HR services including Employee Relations, dispute resolution, performance management, employee development and interpretation of awards.

As a true generalist role, you will be seen as a valued partner to the business as well as other functional teams. You will play a crucial role in equipping our leaders to effectively manage our complex operations, building capability and execute the HR strategy and overall business plan.

Working in a similar role with relevant qualifications, you will be passionate about supporting multiple stakeholders, whilst juggling competing priorities. Regardless of your industry background your diverse skill set will include experience in IR, working with Unions and change management capability.

In addition to your strong interpersonal skills you will understand the need to influence a wide range of stakeholders and the importance of effective planning and organisation. Ability and willingness to travel to multiple sites across Victoria and Tasmania (car provided as part of package) is essential.
