Job description:

This role requires a compassionate and caring person with excellent communication skills. You will be required to screen clients over the phone, assist walk-in clients and conduct face-to-face interviews.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess clients for Emergency Relief
• Advocate on a client''s behalf
• Make referrals to other services and agencies
• Complete paperwork as required
• Assist management as and when required


What you need:
• Interviewing skills and experience
• Administration skills preferably with computer literacy
• Case note writing desirable
• Welfare background highly regarded
• Working With Children check essential
