About the role:

The properties under management are distributed across the Sydney basin and include retirement living and residential care villages, leased offices and the corporate office.  The Property Services Manager ensures the portfolio of Anglicare owned and leased premises are maintained, refreshed, and optimised in alignment with Anglicare’s strategies and business plans.  This requires the development and implementation of property management policy and programs and the establishment of the required systems, processes and delivery infrastructure in consultation with stakeholders.  A key requirement of the role is to provide ongoing assurance of compliant and efficient property management to the executive and to the managers of the business units and villages.

Key responsibilities (not limited to):

  • Property management alignment with Anglicare strategies & business plans
  • Policies and programs for Capital Works, RENOS, R & M, and Lease Management
  • Design and implementation of Anglicare’s 7 property management programs
  • Oversight of short-term R&M budgets & development of long-term budgets for capital works
  • Service delivery from internal and external suppliers per budget and within scope
  • Management of the property services team including the service desk
  • Establishment and management of R&M service levels and contracts
  • Mechanisms to facilitate feedback on property management from stakeholders
