At Allity, we have one shared vision: to make every day the best it can be.We are on the hunt for an outstanding  Aged Care Manager to oversee the day to day operations of our newest Sydney Flagship Home - Pemulwuy Aged Care.

Our Home has recently opened and is in in the very exciting ramp up stage with new residents arriving weekly.

As the General Manager at Pemulwuy you will oversee the day to day operations of the Home and provide leadership and direction to the teams.  

 You will report directly to our Operations Manager  and  be well supported by  our centralised Allity Services Support Team.  You will be required to ensure Aged Care Accreditation standards are agreed financial targets are met.  We need a leader who can set a high standard, lead by example and foster a culture of teamwork and respect.

To be successful in this role you will require the following:

  •          A strong focus on customer experience
  •          Proven experience in a Registered Nurse management position
  •          Excellent business acumen
  •          In-depth knowledge of Aged Care Accreditation and ACFI
  •          Well-developed leadership capability
  •          Effective communication skills
  •          Motivated by adding value and making a real difference
  •          Experience with additional services homes would be preferred. 

The successful applicant will be required to provide/undertake a current police check prior to appointment.
