What will you be doing?

  • Analyse hotel’s guest Feedback, Quality indicators and Brand Standard Compliance trends and identify opportunities.
  • Contribute towards and develop sound understanding of hotel’s strategic plan.
  • Responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive learning strategy that supports the hotel’s opportunities and strategic plan.
  • Conduct regular LNA and align learning activities that will increase our performance.
  • Design and deliver learning programs that inspires us to be our best.
  • Deliver corporate training courses in line with our brand standards.
  • Maintain the brand and environmental standards of the hotel.
  • Assist in the development of the Annual Business Plan and Financial Budget.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong presentation skills, and strong project management, leadership, and team building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Apple Products and experience with LMS or other e-learning programs.
