Key responsibilities:

  • Lead/manage CMT Management Consulting - Talent & Organisation projects/engagements including the execution of change, HR and/or talent programs

  • Develop a solid understanding of organisational models, structures, programs and processes in a world of fast paced business and digital transformation

  • Lead the delivery of innovative, market relevant and targeted solutions to our clients from a strong understanding of business context, market drivers and industry trends

  • Leverage digital innovative solutions across all engagements, supporting our clients to achieve digital transformation objectives

  • Embed sustainable culture and build organizational capabilities to be increasingly agile and adoptive

  • Develop project plans to support the execution of projects and initiatives

  • Develop executive documentation to communicate proposals, strategies, plans and outcomes

  • Lead project teams and/or work efforts, client and/or Accenture integrating all our business consulting capabilities

  • Develop strong ongoing business relationships with clients through deep functional expertise and thought leadership

  • Build a diverse network across project teams and practice to share ideas, lessons learned and best practices

  • Shape new ideas, innovation and/or thought leadership for clients and the market.
