Job description:

Human Resources consulting professionals help our clients to design and build an efficient HR capability that is set-up to effectively support business strategies and objectives.


Key responsibilities:

  • Working with our clients to identify and analyse complex business challenges in the Human Resources Management area and to develop a strategic approach to address those challenges.
  • Leading the design of HR capabilities (strategy, organisation, processes, and technology) to support business strategies and objectives.
  • Assessing change requirements to the client’s organisation and people based on the designed solutions and contributing to develop an end-to-end change management approach and plan to support the transition to the future state.
  • Identifying client opportunities – with existing and/or new clients
  • Bringing new ideas to clients
  • Developing strong business relationships with clients
  • Proactively managing client and Accenture work requirements
