About the role
This is a key position designed to support the delivery of quality advice by Advisers and reports to the Client Service Manager. You will be building collaborative relationships with the both the advisers and their clients with a real focus on helping clients to achieve their financial goals.

It will require a customer service champion with strong interpersonal and administrative skills and a real desire to help wherever you are required. The team is highly motivated and driven by success and want to actively share their knowledge and experience to help you grow.


  • Client service: develop a detailed understanding of the client
  • Investments: Conduct trades and update within platforms
  • Administration: Preparation & collection of all documentation for set up & review
  • Ad hoc projects and responsibilities
  • Continual process/service review and improvement

Skills & experience

  • Strong client focus
  • High attention to detail / organisational skills
  • Problem solving
  • Highly competent in administration (2-3 years’ experience)
  • RG 146 or desire to obtain
