Job description:

About the Role: The Customer Access Team is always looking for talented individuals to join their team. The Customer Service Officer provides high end customer service over the phone, acting as the first point of contact for internal and external customers. The Customer Access Team is based at Mile End and work across a 7 day roster between the hours of 6.30am to 8pm.

Duties:

  • Provide seamless and solution focused customer service over the phone
  • Connect customers to the appropriate services, with a ‘one call’ resolution focus
  • Undertake administration task
  • Contributes to the customer maintaining a good life through expert service which link the customers to services that support maintaining a good life

Skills & Experience:

  • Outstanding customer service skills, with proven experience in delivering outstanding customer service
  • IT savvy – with intermediate computer literacy, with the ability to use various software and databases
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • A satisfactory police clearance
  • Candidates with experience in a similar role are highly desirable
